I feel the staff in front was really nice and respectful but the lady calling folks back could be a little more courteous toward children these babies are already scared cause they have to go back without the parents be more kind to their fear.

Overall great experience.

The staff were great with my son. And we're super understanding of the fact that I needed to get my daughter home for a bottle.

Got my daughter in quick and getting her taken care of and my daughter felt safe and had a good time!

Check in is slow, but the staff is very friendly and the dentists are awesome with kids. Beautiful Jackson was our dental assistant during a tooth extraction and made the experience super smooth. She's 10/10!

Let me just say Bionca was so amazing... she was so patient with my daughter. Dr. Brown was super quick and efficient. When I tell you I am so pleased with this location. Dr. Owen's and the rest of the staff are awesome.

Very sweet and nice. We went there three time this week and everyone was so nice I didn't know how to thank them . They treat you like. your Parton of the family . I would encourage you to go there if you want good service .

I love this dentistry ! My child has been going here for 2 years and every time has been pleasant! It’s never a long wait and the staff is always friendly! Most of all, the dentist herself is the best ! She gives great advice and work professionally during every encounter with patients! Great job camp creek location!!

Overall a good experience. I love the way they treat my child when coming in for the appointment making us all feel welcomed and comfortable being there. It does get busy and ends up being a bit long but they check everything and make sure everything is good giving us the best options possible in any situation. Erica was such a sweetheart there, making us laugh and just leaving happy in the end. Thank you guys for being awesome especially the front ladies you guys are angels. :)

jesse made me feel so comfortable and gave me so much space to share if i needed anything. absolutely incredible for all ages!

This was the best experience I’ve had taking my kids to the dentist in over 10 years!!!! The office staff greeted us with a warm smile and was so friendly. The wait was not long and they even gave my 2 year old some crayons and a coloring page when she got upset while waiting. The dentist was knowledgeable and thorough and answered all my concerns. I took 3 kids so this is already an adventure but 2 of my children have heart disease and require medication prior to being seen and the staff was knowledgeable and made sure they were cared for properly. There’s a stigma that you only get good customer service and care when you go north of I20 but this office proves that’s not true. We can’t wait for our next 6 month cleaning! Thank you so much for caring for my babies like your own!

Very clean. Very prompt. I never have to wait long once I been checked in. This is my 2 year olds first time. Doctor B made it so fast and easy. He is so awesome with the kids. My faster been going there for 4 years. Never an issue. All the staff is amazing.

Quick services. I got in at 10 am for my 3 sons appts. All three were done with xray, cleaning and consultation by 12 : 30. Convenient scheduling, called the week Before and had an appt that next Monday.

They were very professional and very good with my 4 year old granddaughter.

I truly enjoy going to the Stone Mountain practice. They had a previous location, not too far where they are now that was actually my very favorite spot, but they had to move and now they are here. Anyway, Dr. Brown was cool. He make sure he answer all of my questions and my daughters questions. She is very inquisitive, so I’m sure they enjoyed that. On this particular day, 3/13 there were nurses from a particular tech school that was training there. I thought that was pretty cool. All the young ladies and I think there were two young gentlemen they were very pleasant and they seem to know exactly what they were doing. I got to watch them hand scale, my daughter’s teeth, and we got in conversation about veterinary Dentistry versus human dentistry lol There was this one young lady at the front desk name Shakala I think it was (Forgive me for butchering The Young Lady’s name) Anyway, she was very courteous and make sure that she reminded us about our next appointment we had a blast picking from the new selection of toys (rewards). Thank you guys for always having such great service every single time we come. I referred my niece and my nephew, and they will be coming there next month!
