APPOINTMENTS & FEES

Appointments

We make every effort to schedule appointments for your convenience. We generally book younger, more anxious patients earlier in the day to give our staff more time to spend with each child on an individual basis. Because older children attend school, we try to see them in the afternoon. To help us maintain an on-time schedule, we ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel an appointment, please give our staff 24 hours notice so that we can offer the time slot to another child.

Confirmation / Cancellation Policy

Please confirm your child’s appointment, by phone or email, at least one business day before the appointment.  If an emergency should arise, please try to give us at least 24 hours notice so that we can offer this appointment to another child.

Payment Options

To help keep dental fees as affordable as possible, we do not bill or extend credit. Full payment will need to be made at the end of each visit, for services rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also offer an in-house financing program provided through Citibank.
