The answer is most likely yes, but your pediatric dentist can help you evaluate your child.  Most water sources in the U.S. contain an appropriate amount of fluoride, so if your child drinks tap water, she is most likely receiving the appropriate amount.  However, if your child drinks bottled water without fluoride, or well water, your pediatric dentist may recommend fluoride supplements.
